In order to hold down production costs, it was typical to reuse props from one show, on future series. Some of the props you saw on Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea were also used on "Lost In Space (1965)", "Batman (1966)", "Time Tunnel (1966)", and "Land of the Giants (1968)".
