This 2002 version of the Twilight Zone consisted of episodes one hour in length. They were filmed, however, in a way that allowed for them to be aired later in syndication as one-half hour episodes.
If you watch very closely during the opening credits, you will see a brief image of Twilight Zone's creator, Rod Serling.
Forest Whitaker was cast in the role of Sawyer on the hit TV series, "LOST (2004)"! He pulled out of the role, however, when he got the go-ahead to do his film, "First Daughter (2004)" starring Katie Holmes and Marc Blucas. You can't blame Forest. He was Exective Producer, Director, and narrator on the film!
