Real Housewives of Atlanta is a 60 minute reality television series on Bravo about five classy women who live in Atlanta, Georgias most elegant neighborhoods. They are housewives, mothers and so much more with lives full of social events and demands of careers. Juggling all of those responsibilities is challenging and often results in short tempers.

Real Housewives of Atlanta Trivia:

NeNe Leakes is doing her best to build a career off her introduction to America as one of the most difficult Real Housewives of Atlanta. She appeared on the eleventh season of "The Apprentice" but quit the show after getting sick with Star Jones who definitely gave NeNe a run for the title of "Strongest, most over-bearing Personality". After she quit, Donald Trump said, "You're fired, and you're a quitter, and Star Jones kicked your a** whether you like it or not." Shortly after that she appeared on the short-lived series, "H8R" where celebrities get to meet members of the public who hate them and try to convince them to change their minds. Perhaps these appearances are leading to better things though as in 2012 NeNe has landed acting roles on "Glee" as "Roz Washington" and on the pilot episode of an upcoming series titled, "The New Normal" as a character named "Rocky".

Most fans realize that the Real Housewives of Atlanta is the highest rated series of the Real Housewives franchise but it is also Bravo's highest rated reality series. It was the first one to reach 2 million viewers in the coveted 18-49 year old demographic.

The audience for the show just keeps growing! The first episode of season two got 2.7 million viewers and when it reran at eleven pm it got another 1.2 million! By the end of season three, the finale got 4.4 million viewers and the season four premiere got even more!
