The Knights of Prosperity TV show was a 30 minute comedy series on ABC about a janitor namedEugene Gurkin who had wanted to open his own bar for more than two decades but his meager pay never allowed him to save up the money to do so. When he finally realizes that he would never get the money by hard work, he gathers a bunch of "bumpkins" and they plan to rob rock idol Mick Jagger's apartment.

The Knights of Prosperity TV show was to have originally premiered on October 17, 2006 on ABC. Instead, they decided to put off the Knights of Prosperity premiere for a few weeks to run additional episodes of their hit show, "Dancing With the Stars". Then ABC announced that the series would premiere in January of 2007.

There were two episodes of the Knights of Prosperity that were produced but were not broadcast due to early cancellation of the series. Their titles were, "Operation: Open the Safe" and "Operation: Romanocorp".
