The Earth 2 TV show was a sci-fi series about an Earth which can no longer sustain life. The entire human race had moved to space stations in orbit around Earth. Eventually, some of them tired of living in an artifical and cramped world. They decided to take off to a distant planet that could sustain life and to begin their lives anew!
