The Dexter TV show is a 60 minute crime drama series that premiered on October 1, 2006 on Showtime. It's about a very unusual serial murderer. You see, Dexter is a Miami, Florida police forensics expert who seems dedicated to the law and perfectly normal during the day. Unbeknownst to his co-workers however, in the evenings Dexter sets out on a quest to rid the world of criminals who got away with their crimes. Justice will be handed down either by the courts or by Dexter!
