Series Description

The Celebrity Circus TV show was a 60 minute Australian reality series on Channel Nine where actual circus professionals from Silver's Circus taught celebrities to perform circus acts.

Celebrity Circus Trivia

Vadim Dale is a former underwear model and CLEO magazine centerfold who starred on the reality program, "Outback Jack" where 12 women competed to become the "woman he would choose to be with". Natalie Franzman won that esteemed title and in an unusual twist, a reality show ended in a successful long-term relationship! The winning couple were engaged during their appearances on Celebrity Circus and later married on October 22, 2005. They now (2010) have three daughters and Vadim has settled into a somewhat more traditional career as a cop on the Louisville Metro Police Department.

There was also a U.S. version of Celebrity Circus that aired in 2008 with American celebrities. Both series along with numerous others around the globe were inspired by the much more successful American series, "Circus of the Stars". That series aired nineteen times over the seventeen years from 1977-1994. The celebrities were mostly TV stars of the day but surprisingly drew some big name megastars including Lauren Bacall, Glenn Ford, Rock Hudson and Lynn Redgrave!

According to some other sources there were five episode of Celebrity Circus Australia. All we could verify are the three episodes listed below. In addition, there is conflict between sources as to the actual original air dates. Some say that the first episode aired on May 1, 2005. Again, the information listed below is what we feel is most likely correct.
