Series Description

The Body and Soul TV show was a 60 minute drama series on PAX about a lady doctor at a big city hospital who combined holistic healing techniques she learned while travelling through Asia with the more traditional methods used in the western world. She constantly struggled with her fellow doctors over her belief in the benefits of holistic medicine.

There was one episode of Body and Soul that was not broadcast due to early cancellation of the series. Its title was, "Odds of Survival".

Peter Strauss might be referred to as the king of made for TV movies. He won an Emmy in 1979 for his role in the TV movie, "The Jericho Mile". Strauss became a household name after starring in the hugely successful 1976 TV miniseries titled "Rich Man, Poor Man". Strauss also starred on the 1996 series, "Moloney".
