Series Description

The Arrested Development TV show was a 30 minute comedy series on the FOX Network for its first three seasons and then on Netflix. It was about the only "normal" member of a large and otherwise extremely disfunctional family. When his father gets thrown in jail he took over as the head of the family but the others constantly seemed to do everything they could to make his task difficult.

Arrested Development Trivia

Ironically, this series achieved overwhelming critical acclaim with many critics stating that it was the best sitcom of all time but it somehow never claimed a significant audience. Netflix was certain that it would be a huge hit for them when they took over the series in its fourth season. There was talk of it being certain that there would be a fifth season and even a theatrical movie, but still, the audience just never showed up!
