Fans of musical television shows will be happy to know that NBC will premiere a new series titled, "Smash" on February 6, 2012. It will follow the production of a broadway musical about the life of Marilyn Monroe.
In addition to the regular cast, Uma Thurman has been cast to appear in five episodes as a troublesome actress who toys with the idea of starring in the musical.
Other well-known actors who have been booked to appear as guest stars include Megan Hilty, Anjelica Huston, Nick Jonas, Katharine McPhee, Debra Messing and Bernadette Peters. |
