I'm guessing that you're talking about the Men in Trees theme song. It's title is "Suddenly I See" by "KT Tunstall".
In KT's music video, she momentarily rides a bicycle.

| Does anyone know the name of the song that was playing at the end of the show while they were walking side by side? Words in it are "Wait...don't go so fast"..."this time". A female sings it and it's a really pretty song. I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!!! HELP!!! |

I didn't watch the show but I did check and only found reference to two songs for that episode. I'm not sure whether either is the one you're asking about.
The two songs I found were:
"Black Horse and the Cherry Tree" by "KT Tunstall"
"World Spins Madly On" by "The Weepies"

You led me on the right track to figuring out that song. The one I was looking for is "Time" by Chantal Kreviazuk. Thank you so much for helping me! I ordered the CD today so I can't wait to get it. I love that song.  |
