Hello...I know this is a long shot as I can't remember much about the show.
The opening sequence of each show was a car chase through a city like Philadephia, Boston or NYC. The unusual thing about the opening was the camera angle/setup. It was apparently attached to or near the front bumper at the level of the tire of the speeding car looking to the rear. It was an interesting perspective, one I had never seen before at that time and would make you think if the chase scene of the movie Bullit . It also had fast paced theme music.
This may have been shown in the 80's/90's time period.
