I kinda forgot about this show (that starred Buddy Ebsen and Lee Meriweather) till I saw season 1 on sale. I only remembered a few things about this show. Barnaby had been retired and went back into the PI business. But I didn't know why till I watched season 1. I did remember that Betty was his daughter-in-law. And I remember his grandson JR but I guess he doesn't come on the show till a later season. Also I remember he drank milk all the time. That's about all I remembered of the show.
After watching season 1, I can say...I like this show a lot....it's comical at times...the crimes are easy...it's light crime/drama....Kind of a change of pace from crime shows today. Worth buying.[/b] |
