They are all over the web. Sites with .wav files tend to disappear regularly as the files are large and "eat up" the site's file transfer allotment very quickly. Many of the free or cheap web hosts will even close down a site permanently if they are offering huge files for download.
If you want to find them, simply go to any search engine and type in:
"TV Theme" +.wav
