| You may have heard the rumor that Pan Am is being cancelled. Karine Vanasse who plays French flight attendant Colette Valois started the rumor when she twittered that she had been notified by ABC. The network has responded with a rather weak statement that the series will definitely air for its full 14 episode intial commitment which would leave six more episodes after the Christmas holiday break. They also stated that the show was still being considered for renewal. |

Unless she's a total liar it must be true. Why would the network tell any star of a series that it's being cancelled if they hadn't made up their mind.
In any case, you can bet that Karine Vanasse will be written out of Pan Am if it is renewed. You just don't tell that kind of thing without ticking off the Producers. If fans believe it, it could kill the ratings for the final episodes. |
