| Just so Mantu doesn't get confused, the actor who plays Barney is "Neil Patrick Harris" who also played the title role on the 1989-1993 series, "Doogie Howser". |

CBS just announced that How I Met Your Mother has been renewed for another two seasons!
I'm happy because it is one of the few sitcoms I watch. |

Last Monday's episode of "How I Met Your Mother" found Barney without a girlfriend and broken-hearted.
Becki Newton ("Ugly Betty") will be joining the show as his potential love interest for at least the remainder of the seventh season. |
