Does anyone remember a show within the last 5-10 years where the main actor never ages?

Two I can think of right of the top of my head are:

The Immortal

and

Moonlight

I suppose any vampire series like "True Blood" would also qualify.

"Highlander - The Series" is a good example.

As I recall, it was based on the "Highlander" films starring Christopher Lambert as Duncan MacLeod. The first and original movie is my favorite with Sean Connery as a Spanish "immortal" and with musical score by the band Queen, if I remember correctly. I invite you to watch it and enjoy...cheers!

I knew about the Highlander movies but somehow I missed ever hearing about the tv series. Was it similar to the movies? Same actors? Was it a popular series?

Ran six seasons: 1992 - 1998.

The basics are that the main charcter is Duncan MacLeod played by Adrian Paul as an "immortal." The pilot features an appearance by Christopher Lambert as Connor MacLeod, the film's main character, battling an evil Immortal, alongside his clansman Duncan. Illustrating that, contrary to the Highlander film series' end, Connor had indeed NOT won the prize and so the battle, known as the "game," among the good and evil immortals continues until there is "only one."
