Hi there

I'm trying to find out the name of an old tv show that had a dwarf in it that would make cool toys and gadgets. One show I can remember is a when has a little spider that crawls through a bale of hay to find some keys or something, another is a car that the dwarf drives from inside of the boot using camers.

Does anyone recall this tv show? I'd say it came on in the early 90's late 80's.
